Job Description:

1C Developer performs different development tasks on 1C Project, including writing code, creating database queries, fixing defects, as well as validating data, processing reports, and implementing technical improvements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Server administration (maintenance and incident management)
  • Developing a transaction plan between systems
  • Creating sync between databases
  • Configuring a new database
  • Processing data reports for stakeholders
  • Write technical documentation
  • Performing maintenance tasks (deployment, source code analysis etc.)
  • Assisting the Tech Lead with integration tasks
  • Accountable for: Performing functional roles and instructions from the manager
  • Project information security
  • Performing work in accordance with current administrative, criminal, and civil legislation of Ukraine, the company’s internal labour laws, fire safety regulations, and information security rules.

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of experience developing 1C projects
  • Knowledge of payroll, HR, and accounting processes in 1C
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies
  • Deep understanding of the 1C programming language and DB query languages
  • Good programming skills
  • Pre-intermediate or higher level of English
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields of Computer Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or so

Nice to have:

  • Specialized education in 1C would be a plus
  • Experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies would be a plus
