Job Description:

The Strong-Junior Full-Stack Web Developer is responsible for maintaining and developing websites, web applications, and other software deliverables. The Developer must communicate clearly with their direct supervisor and other team members through various channels to complete assigned projects/tasks and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide website maintenance (e.g., updating plugins, fixing bugs, optimizing speed, etc.)
  • Modify existing websites as needed
  • Convert provided designs (PSD, AI, Adobe XD, Figma, or others) into fully functional and visually accurate websites using WordPress, Webflow, or other technologies/platforms, based on client requirements and project specifications
  • Perform other tasks related to web development
  • Identify and discuss current and potential issues, as well as their solutions, with supervisors
  • Make recommendations for improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Responsible for the quality of completed work
  • Responsible for any breach of professional duties and ethics
  • Responsible for maintaining commercial and production confidentiality
  • Responsible for damages caused by failure to meet deadlines
  • Responsible for the technical condition of assigned equipment (computer, printer, scanner, etc.)
  • Responsible for assigned tasks, input data, and other documents
  • Responsible for the proper functioning of developed software products

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of programming experience with a secondary education, college, or university degree
  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP, WordPress (WooCommerce), and Webflow
  • Able to write clean, consistent, well-structured, maintainable, and readable code
  • Familiar with Advanced Custom Fields or Carbon Fields libraries
  • Experience creating web animations with CSS3
  • Experience with version control systems – Git
  • Understands and applies fundamental web development best practices
  • Demonstrates initiative in problem-solving and ability to find and implement solutions using documentation and available resources
  • Intermediate English – both written and spoken
  • Shows initiative and a desire to participate creatively within the team
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to find timely solutions and ability to multitask effectively
  • Initiative and desire to learn and grow with the company along with a passion for helping others and creating a supportive environment
  • Analytical thinking and curiosity for solving challenges
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and a high attention to detail and a healthy dose of perfectionism
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience integrating third-party APIs is considered a plus
  • Experience with web hosting platforms is considered a plus
