Job Description:

Position within Citi’s Enterprise Risk Analytics and Stress Testing Team responsible for stress testing execution, regulatory engagements, and strategic enhancements.

Job Responsibility:

Lead execution of Enterprise-wide stress testing Consent Order Program
Oversee engagement with Internal Audit and Regulators
Develop a deep understanding of Target State and Outcomes for the Stress Testing Book of Work
Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams for project requirements related to stress testing
Support strategic enhancements execution of Internal stress tests
Collaborate closely with Risk areas and Technology departments to streamline procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred with solid years of experience
Working experience in Stress Testing or good understanding of Global Regulatory landscape
Exposure to leading regulatory inspections and audits within a financial services company
Project management experience
Commercial awareness and knowledge in the field of risk management
Understanding of various risk categories, including Financial and Non-Financial risks
Superior problem-solving capabilities with a 'can do' attitude
Strong communication and presentation skills for clear explanation and challenge of complex topics
