Job Description:

As part of Enterprise Risk Management, the role involves executing stress testing programs, engaging with internal audits and regulators, supporting strategic enhancements, and collaborating with teams to improve risk management processes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead execution of Enterprise-wide stress testing Consent Order Program
lead engagement with Internal Audit and Regulators for validation of the stress testing program
develop a deep understanding of the Target State and Outcomes for the Stress Testing Book of Work
oversee coordination with cross-disciplinary teams for achievement of all project requirements related to stress testing
support various strategic enhancements relating to execution of Internal stress tests
collaborate closely with Other Risk areas, Risk Reporting, Data Analytics and Technology departments to streamline procedures, improve risk management strategies, and enhance efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred with solid years of experience
working experience in Stress Testing or good understanding of Global Regulatory landscape
exposure to leading regulatory inspections and audits within a financial services company
project management experience with a record of successfully overseeing, reviewing, and challenging collaborative efforts
commercial awareness and knowledge in the field of risk management
understanding of various risk categories, including Financial and Non-Financial risks
superior problem-solving capabilities with a 'can do' attitude
strong communication and presentation skills
