Our client, a well-established and expanding company, is currently looking for a permanent Streetworks Coordinator to join their Streetworks team in Stonehouse/Hayes. As a Streetworks Coordinator, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Civils & Streetworks Teams, ensuring the seamless running of offsite and onsite excavations. Job Responsibility:
Raising permits as needed on various Street Manager portals
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring road works
Opening and closing notices and ensuring compliance with NRSWA/Traffic Management Act
Monitoring Street Manager for Fixed Penalty Notices, Section 74 charges, and failed inspections
Liaising with local authorities and third parties
Requesting quotes from contractors and raising purchase orders for additional Streetworks costs
Responding to Streetworks enquiries from members of the public
Requirements:
Administrative experience
Experience using Symology/Street Manager and previous experience within construction
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and high levels of integrity
