Job Description

Our client, a well-established and expanding company, is currently looking for a permanent Streetworks Coordinator to join their Streetworks team in Stonehouse/Hayes. As a Streetworks Coordinator, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Civils & Streetworks Teams, ensuring the seamless running of offsite and onsite excavations. Job Responsibility

  • Raising permits as needed on various Street Manager portals
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring road works
  • Opening and closing notices and ensuring compliance with NRSWA/Traffic Management Act
  • Monitoring Street Manager for Fixed Penalty Notices, Section 74 charges, and failed inspections
  • Liaising with local authorities and third parties
  • Requesting quotes from contractors and raising purchase orders for additional Streetworks costs
  • Responding to Streetworks enquiries from members of the public

Requirements

  • Administrative experience
  • Experience using Symology/Street Manager and previous experience within construction
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and high levels of integrity
