Job Description:

Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Streetworks Compliance Co-ordinator to join the business. This position will be based at our Head Office in Knowsley. As the Streetworks Compliance Co-ordinator you will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of administration support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Producing reports from MJ Quinn and Customer systems
  • Liaising with the Operation teams to validate data
  • Update work systems with the relevant information and documents
  • Sharing reports and trends within MJ Quinn
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures addressing data protection, data security, cyber security and access to data and information collected, processed and stored by the company
  • Assist and support the company in all areas of compliance with current data protection and information security laws

Requirements:

  • Confident working with Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of Deponet (Not essential)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Packages such as Excel
  • Strong administrative experience
