Job Description:

The candidate will be introduced in the Street Pricing Motor unit and will be involved in activities such as motor portfolio monitoring, data analysis, data preparation, and reports development. The role requires technical skills in Office Suite, SQL, Python, and fluency in Italian and English, along with soft skills like problem-solving and teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

  • Motor Portfolio monitoring: conversion, retention, technical KPIs
  • Data analysis starting from existing data set
  • Data preparation and reports development
  • Identifying business insights from data reports and monitoring

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel and Power Point
  • Previous experience for 5 years in P&C insurance field
  • Knowledge of SQL based languages and Python
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Solid problem-solving and result-oriented attitude
  • proactive and innovative attitude in constantly improving tools and approaches to be market leading
  • Proven independency in accomplishing tasks working both individually and in team
  • Able to manage tight deadlines
