Join our client as a Streamer & Influencer Manager – Crypto Casino. This remote, global role is one vacancy and is designed to scale a worldwide creator network and drive measurable acquisition. You will own partnerships end-to-end and deliver ROI through crypto-native creators who understand wagering, wallets, and Web3 audiences. If you know how to turn streamer traffic into depositing players, you will fit right in.

Job Responsibility:

  • Scale crypto acquisition by building and strengthening a high-performing pipeline of crypto casino streamers and influencers
  • Drive month-on-month growth in player acquisition and deposits, while improving retention
  • Identify scalable creator strategies across key regions and adapt to local crypto and wagering trends
  • Source, negotiate, and onboard crypto-native streamers and influencers
  • build long-term, performance-driven partnerships
  • Structure deals aligned with CPA, RevShare, or hybrid models
  • manage ongoing negotiations and terms
  • Track creator performance across traffic, first deposits, deposits, and retention
  • analyse data to optimise ROI
  • Manage partnerships across Europe, Asia, and other high-growth regions
  • refine acquisition approaches over time
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, events, PR, and affiliates teams to maximise campaign impact

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years’ experience managing streamers or influencers within crypto casino or crypto wagering platforms
  • Strong understanding of crypto payment flows, wallet-based deposits, and Web3 audiences
  • Proven track record of driving measurable ROI and scaling acquisition through creators
  • Existing network of crypto casino streamers or gambling influencers (highly preferred)
  • Experience negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid agreements
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Kick, Twitch, and similar ecosystems
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tracking tools and performance reporting
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
