Requirements:
8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, general management, or relevant roles within consumer goods or high-growth categories
Highly organized operator with strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders
Comfort working closely with senior leaders and preparing executive-ready materials for high-stakes discussions
Clear and persuasive communicator who can simplify complexity and influence without authority, with expert-level verbal, PowerPoint, writing, and data-visualization skills
Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and develop clear, insight-led recommendations
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data and external trends into strategic implications
Collaborative, team player who brings maturity, discretion, and adaptability to sensitive strategic work
Externally oriented mindset with curiosity for emerging consumer, category, and competitive developments
