Job Description:

The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) Director will lead Riverflex’s flagship consulting practice, owning both its commercial growth and strategic development. You will act as both a sales leader and transformation advisor, shaping and delivering high-impact engagements that help clients define and execute their transformation agendas — from corporate strategy to operating model redesign and AI-powered transformation delivery. As a member of the Riverflex Leadership Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy, market positioning, and integrated proposition development across all domains.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and accelerate growth of Riverflex’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) business through direct sales and strategic market development
  • Build, lead, and convert a high-value pipeline — driving revenue growth through strategic relationship building, market insight, and consultative deal leadership
  • Collaborate with Riverflex’s Leadership Team and capability leads to shape and deliver integrated AI-powered transformation propositions
  • Own key client pursuits — from origination to proposal through to close — ensuring commercial success and alignment with Riverflex’s intelligent transformation vision
  • Act as a senior advisor to C-level clients, guiding their transformation, data, and AI strategies to position Riverflex as a trusted long-term partner
  • Ensure excellence in delivery and client satisfaction, working closely with consulting teams to drive measurable impact and account growth
  • Partner with Marketing to develop compelling thought leadership, sales narratives, and go-to-market materials that elevate Riverflex’s market presence
  • Identify emerging trends, partnerships, and inorganic growth opportunities to strengthen Riverflex’s footprint
  • Take accountability for client satisfaction and retention, ensuring long-term trusted partnerships
  • Act as a senior client advisor on strategic transformation, data, and AI initiatives
  • Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met with excellence, agility, and measurable impact
  • Lead client relationship stewardship sessions and ensure strong follow-through on engagement success
  • Coach and mentor future leaders, fostering a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial culture
  • Collaborate with Riverflex’s global network of consultants (“PROs”) to deliver flexible and scalable project teams
  • Support the professional development of sales and consulting colleagues by sharing expertise, tools, and go-to-market insights
  • Deliver against agreed revenue and margin targets
  • Participate in company rituals like annual business planning, sales forecasting, and performance reviews
  • Contribute to Riverflex’s global business strategy as a Leadership Team Member, influencing both commercial and cultural direction

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in management consulting, business transformation, or strategic advisory
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes and driving multi-million-euro sales
  • Expertise in strategy design, operating model transformation, AI-enabled transformation, or change leadership
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to convert insight into opportunity
  • A strong network of senior client relationships (COO, CFO, CHRO, CIO, or equivalent)
  • Experience leading high-performing consulting teams and scaling new propositions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, strategic, and delivery-focused
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • fluent in English (Dutch a plus)
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and leadership meetings
