Job Description

Join Demant’s Hearing Care business and play a key role in shaping our future direction while supporting the delivery strategy across more than 25 markets. As a Strategy & Projects Student, you will support the team in driving strategic initiatives, conducting analyses, and developing global capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions such as Marketing, Sales, Audiology, and Technology.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Providing general project planning support across strategic initiatives
  • Supporting the development of project deliverables, such as analysis, capability blueprints and playbooks
  • Preparing executive presentations for board and senior management meetings
  • Tracking progress on strategic initiatives across global functions
  • Executive support and ad hoc tasks supporting the strategy and projects team

Requirements

  • Are studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., Business, Economics, Marketing, Data or similar) and have 2–3 years left of your studies
  • Already have experience from another student job (a plus, not a must)
  • Like working with data, structure, and problem-solving
  • Are curious and eager to learn
  • Can work independently, but aren’t afraid to ask for help
  • Enjoy collaborating with others across teams and countries
  • Communicate clearly and make complex things simple
  • Bring a positive and proactive attitude
  • To be considered for this role, you need to be enrolled in a Danish University
