Responsibilities include portfolio management, product management and innovation, mentoring, and financial/budget operations.

Job Responsibility:

Design and run simple, transparent portfolio-level impact and financial linkage processes to track business impact and ROI
lead strategic design of tools to increase transparency with business leaders
unify strategy synthesis and lead special projects across the organization
establish and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
jump-start emerging analytic products
explore innovative partnerships and engagement models
build best practices for new product proposals and financial linkage
contribute to department operations and strategy
conduct workshops and coach top-down strategic thinking
track key performance indicators using Excel
run impact reports and track project and employee costs
participate in budget development and provide financial insights

Requirements:

3+ years' experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or as a Chief of Staff for an early/mid stage start-up
2+ years' experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity software
2+ years' experience building executive level deliverables (e.g., story-lining a presentation)
2+ years experience with financial / fiscal management including budgeting & ROI calculations
2+ years' experience working thru ambiguity, influencing and driving buy-in for strategic direction with leadership

Nice to have:

1+ year experience mentoring a team and driving project deliverables
ability to handle and prioritize multiple priorities
passion for intersection between healthcare, technology, and analytics
