Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Strategy & Planning Consultant to participate in complex initiatives, identify opportunities for process improvements, and provide strategic consulting services to client organizations.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements
Assist in the identification of strategic business, investment opportunities, evaluation, and approval process of identified opportunities
Identify technology requirements and coordination of technical resources
Review and analyze basic business, operational, technical assignments, or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Provide strategic consulting services to client organization using knowledge and expertise
Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
Consult with more experienced managers and staff to create and execute business plans that support the business strategy
Collaborate with business and tech teams on Generative AI opportunities

Requirements:

2+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Expertise in low code automation capabilities like Power platform, Tableau, Alteryx etc.
Good understanding of Generative AI concept, functionality, applicability etc.
