International expansion team owns everything from evaluating whether to enter a market, to launching and scaling within it. Work in three phases: select new markets, launch new markets, scale launched markets. Role reports to Head of International Expansion.
Job Responsibility
Own full due diligence process: competitive landscape, regulatory environment, commercial sizing, pharmacy infrastructure, pharma partnership opportunities
Synthesize research into investment thesis for go/no-go decision
End-to-end ownership of market launch: from first local hire to first patient acquired
Build local team, sign first pharmacy partner, manage workstreams
Own P&L for a launched market
Run experiments to improve funnel, make data-driven bets, build systems
Hire and develop local talent, hold accountable to OKRs
Requirements
2+ years experience in high-pressure environment such as law, consulting (MBB preferred) or investment banking
or 3+ years as an operator in a recent high-growth startup
Commercial modelling: Build a commercial model from scratch, make assumptions explicit, and defend them
Business understanding & due diligence: Quickly grasp what makes a market successful, understand unit economics, produce a clear point of view on go/no-go decision
Due diligence: Research a new market independently and produce a clear structured answer
Negotiation: Real commercial conversations with partners, suppliers, pharma companies
Project management: Run complex cross-functional workstreams with real accountability
Communication: Write tight investment theses and clear slide decks
Founder mindset: Operate like a founder, resilience, ownership

Data & SQL: comfortable getting answers from data, writing SQL queries, building dashboards, stress-testing assumptions
