Job Description:

Meta's Reality Labs & AI Partnerships (RLAIP) organization focuses on building and managing partnerships that are crucial to the success of Meta's company priorities. To further that mission, the team is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager (Wearables) with high focus on the operations aspects of the organization. The RLAIP team is scaling into a multifaceted, global organization spanning multiple ecosystems including XR, AI, Strategic Technology Partners, AI GTM and Wearables. This high profile Program Manager will directly support leadership to drive the organization’s strategic and operational objectives. The Program Manager will sit inside the Strategy & Operations team, partnering directly with, and supporting, Wearables leadership to install—and continuously improve—the operating system that keeps us aligned and moving. The Program Manager will lead key cross-functional projects, cultivate essential stakeholder relationships, ensure alignment of operational priorities, and facilitate collaboration across teams to enable the organization's continued success. This role will combine strategic thinking with solid project management skills. The Program Manager will drive clarity and momentum: bridging strategy, execution, deal work, and communications across the Reality Labs & AI Partnerships Organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the preparation for internal and external meetings and coordinate research and briefing materials for leadership engagements to ensure informed decision-making. Ensure agendas, pre‑reads, notes, and action logs are clear, on time, and action‑oriented
  • Dive into projects, processes, or partner engagements when things stall. Stand up ad‑hoc tiger teams, fix blockers directly, and restore momentum
  • Lead communication strategies, draft and edit internal and external messaging and leadership talking points to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Collaborate and drive consensus and decision making across all levels, locations, and cross-functional partners (eg. Product, Engineering, Strategic Response, Legal, Policy, Communications, Marketing)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment: Do so with strong attention to detail, deliver high-quality work on time in a highly organized and structured manner
  • Keep a pulse on evolving business and tech trends, with a specific focus on identifying and understanding Meta’s current and emerging partner ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, business operations, or related field, in a technology or high-growth environment
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience bringing clarity to ambiguous projects/programs with little oversight
  • Experience with clear and concise executive communications
  • Experience balancing between high-level strategy and diving into execution
  • Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
  • Experience building a variety of internal and external relationships based on trust and respect
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Nice to have:

  • Proven track record of working with C-suite level employees, both inside and outside of a company
  • Experience in the tech industry executing and operating on strategic initiatives
  • Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion
  • Product sense, including an understanding of Meta’s strategic and competitive position
  • Experience delivering thought leadership through research and data-driven approaches
