Job Description

The Reality Labs & AI Partnerships (RLAIP) organization focuses on building and managing partnerships that are crucial to the success of Meta's company priorities. As the RLAIP team scales into a multifaceted, global organization spanning multiple ecosystems including XR, AI, Strategic Technology Partners, and AI GTM, we need a Program Manager who can directly support leadership to drive the organization’s strategic and operational objectives. This Program Manager would sit inside the Strategy & Operations team, partnering directly with and supporting leadership to install—and continuously improve—the operating system that keeps us aligned and moving. This person will manage key cross-functional projects, cultivate essential stakeholder relationships, ensure alignment of operational priorities, and facilitate collaboration across teams to enable RLAIP continued success. This role will combine strategic thinking with solid project management skills. They will drive clarity and momentum: bridging strategy, execution, deal work, and communications. The ideal candidate is an experienced, operational thinker with creative problem-solving skills; a proven influencer and a fast learner; a resilient self-starter willing operating in ambiguity and an always-evolving landscape.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the preparation for internal and external meetings and coordinate research and briefing materials for leadership engagements to ensure informed decision-making. Ensure agendas, pre‑reads, notes, and action logs are clear, on time, and action‑oriented
  • Dive into projects, processes, or partner engagements when things stall. Stand up ad‑hoc tiger teams, fix blockers directly, and restore momentum
  • Oversee communication strategies - draft and edit internal and external messaging and leadership talking points to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Collaborate and drive consensus and decision making across all levels, locations, and cross-functional partners (eg product, engineering, strategic response, legal, policy, communications, marketing)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment: Do so with an attention to detail, deliver high-quality work on time in a highly organized and structured manner
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in business and technology including knowledge of current/potential Meta partners

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, operational role or related field, in a technology or high-growth environment
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience bringing clarity to ambiguity with little oversight
  • Experience with clear and concise executive communications
  • Experience balancing between high-level strategy and diving into execution
  • Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
  • Experience building a variety of internal and external relationships based on trust and respect
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of working with C-suite level employees, both inside and outside of a company
  • Experience in the tech industry executing and operating on strategic initiatives
  • Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion
  • Product sense, including an understanding of Meta’s strategic and competitive position
  • Experience delivering thought leadership through research and data-driven approaches
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
