Job Description

The Strategy & Operations Manager for Sales Development (SD) and Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and driving strategic initiatives to accelerate the next phase of growth for Google Cloud’s Sales Development and Marketing teams integrating AI. This role focuses on defining, implementing, and optimizing the strategy for SDR team expansion while partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for augmenting the SDR team
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to refine processes
  • Align SDR and marketing strategies with broader revenue goals
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to improve SDR team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish standardized processes for tracking and measuring SDR and marketing performance
  • Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and leadership teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business development, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to influence and work with diverse teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong ability to drive efficiency, process improvements, and scalable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing analytics platforms
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with sales development tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization
  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred but not required)
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
