The Strategy & Operations Intern will support the Digital Center of Excellence (OneCOE) and the global Capstone transformation initiative. This role focuses on maintaining internal knowledge assets, supporting Capstone vendor and application rationalization efforts, tracking Publish / Build / Run metrics, and providing general analytical and operational support to the Strategy & Operations team. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise transformation, operating metrics, and executive-facing deliverables.
Job Responsibility:
Update and maintain OneCOE SharePoint sites, including Playbooks, Capstone documentation, onboarding materials, and other internal knowledge repositories
Ensure all materials reflect the new process organization, including updated team name, logo, and tagline
Validate consistency, accuracy, and usability of documentation across internal platforms
Support the definition, collection, and maintenance of Publish, Build, and Run metrics across the Digital COE and Capstone programs
Consolidate metric inputs from multiple teams into standardized views
Assist with preparing dashboards, summaries, and executive-ready materials to communicate progress, performance, and operational health
Ensure metrics are documented, traceable, and aligned to program objectives
Support the global Capstone initiative covering vendor consolidation and application rationalization efforts
Assist with tracking and managing issues related to the consolidation of contracts and segment approximately 800 applications into two broad process categories
Assist with preparing and distributing RFPs, collecting vendor responses, organizing data, and supporting comparative analysis
Help prepare presentations and data summaries to support leadership reviews and selection of two target vendors
Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to document risks, dependencies, assumptions, and outcomes
Provide miscellaneous analytical, coordination, and documentation support to the Strategy & Operations team as needed
Assist with ad-hoc research, data consolidation, and preparation of executive-facing materials
Requirements:
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, Information Systems, Finance or any engineering field
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
