We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate in Delhi to support our business growth by driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and improving efficiency across teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our global wellness solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the execution of strategic plans and operational improvements
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Prepare reports on business performance, including KPIs and metrics
Support leadership in decision-making by providing strategic insights
Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for operational adjustments

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
1-2 years of experience in strategy or operations roles
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of business operations and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
