You’ll play a critical role at the heart of our six-person Strategy & Operations team, contributing to high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s future. Within the department, you’ll report to the Head of Product Strategy & Analytics, who leads a team of three. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our solutions deliver maximum value for customers and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Job Responsibility:
Elevate the customer experience through added value
Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers on customer-facing strategic initiatives: such as onboarding workflows, remediation programs, or implementation playbooks
Based on data insights, influence the rollout strategy of the client and its delivery through actionable recommendations
Analyze prospect & customer data to quantify and articulate the business impact of our solutions
Drive and deliver strategic projects
Take full ownership of internal key cross-functional projects (e.g., new product launch, new operating model, expansion opportunities etc..)
Lead stakeholder coordination across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Ops, etc.)
Identify risks and roadblocks early, propose mitigation plans, and keep leadership aligned through clear communication
Ensure smooth execution and delivery of measurable outcomes
Solve business problems through deep Analysis
Collaborate with other team members on broader strategic initiatives such as pricing strategy, org design, process improvement, or AI integration
Break down complex, ambiguous business challenges into actionable insights
Conduct data-driven analyses to support decision-making across teams
Translate findings into clear recommendations and drive their implementation
Develop frameworks and models to inform strategic choices and optimize operations
Contribute to building scalable tools, templates, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Good command of SQL and a prior experience with data analysis/BI tools
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Prior experience in consulting or in a high-growth scale-up environment is highly desirable
Fluency in English & French
