Job Responsibility

  • Support the design and translation of BMBS strategy from broad narrative into a focused set of must-win priorities, portfolio choices, KPI logic and decision packs for leadership review
  • Support the development and maintenance of the company-level strategy and KPI backbone, including strategy house logic, annual business plan translation, KPI architecture, measurement ownership and review cadence
  • Support the strategy operating rhythm for the new department, including strategy workshops, management offsites, townhall inputs, quarterly priority reviews and ad-hoc strategic projects
  • Support portfolio and performance review processes, ensuring management discussion is centered on decisions, trade-offs, risks and next steps instead of passive reporting
  • Contribute to a small number of high-priority CEO-/ExCom-level strategic projects by turning ambiguous topics into structured work packages, milestone tracking, decision points and accountability maps
  • Support the creation of transparency on milestones, risks, dependencies and resource assumptions across strategic projects, and ensure blockers are surfaced and escalated early
  • Support the preparation of high-quality management workshop materials, executive briefings and selected strategic reporting packages for BMGC / SC HQ / BoM / Supervisory Board support where needed
  • Support selected cross-company strategic themes such as business model shifts, Winning Attitude, NLP-related coordination, and selected external association / summit inputs where relevant
  • Support the establishment of reusable templates, project cards, decision logs, KPI definitions and management review mechanisms to improve consistency, speed and decision quality
  • Help ensure the team avoids becoming a generic project collector, dashboard administrator or formatting service by clearly defining what the function should not take on and by focusing only on topics with clear management relevance and execution leverage

Requirements

  • University degree or above
  • business, economics, finance, strategy, industrial engineering or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, planning, CEO office, consulting, transformation, business performance, PMO or cross-functional business leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level offsites, management workshops, transformation decision packs and strategic review materials
  • Strong capability in KPI design, target breakdown, performance logic, management reporting and executive storytelling
  • Proven ability to support complex cross-functional topics with incomplete information and move them from discussion into disciplined implementation
  • Solid experience in structuring workplans, milestone tracking, issue logs, decision logs and escalation paths for strategic topics
  • Strong China-market and business sensitivity
