Job Responsibility:
Undertaking key strategy analyses and projects
Understanding key market trends, performance drivers and dynamics and proactively identify issues and opportunities
Providing commercial decision support across multiple functions
Deconstructing problems, applying frameworks and developing strong hypotheses and evidenced-based solutions
Constructively challenging business practices and status quo based on insights, expertise and through relationship management
Supporting and mobilising cross-functional projects and ensuring strategic initiatives are embedded
Working with others to ensure that strategic insights and recommendations are effectively translated into action
Supporting strategy governance, reporting and communication relating to strategic initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with minimum 2 years experience in a top tier strategy consultancy, investment bank or corporate strategy team
Outstanding academic record and social achievements
Demonstrated deep experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, project and change management
Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
Analytics and quantitative modelling
Consumer market experience and retail experience is an advantage
