Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to act as the right hand to the Senior Director, Operations, supporting the transformation of Ad Intel as it moves towards digital-first, automated, and scalable processes. The ideal candidate combines vision and operational expertise, driving process innovation and bridging business strategy with technical execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Transformation Leadership: Drive and deliver strategic initiatives, focusing on automation, digital workflows, and operational efficiency across Ad Intel
  • Program Ownership: Lead pilots and trials to validate new approaches, designing test plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring outcomes, and using insights to inform continuous improvement
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Data Science, Operations) to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects. Track progress, unblock issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Process Improvement: Map, analyse, and redesign end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities for automation and cost reduction
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between executive leadership, market teams, and external partners. Gather requirements, manage feedback, and communicate project outcomes
  • Data & Analytics: Support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions, including AI-powered automation and advanced analytics
  • Change Management: Champion new ways of working, support training and upskilling, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior role, driving transformation within complex, data-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, automation, and data orchestration, and experience leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and cloud infrastructure to advance operational goals
  • Demonstrated business acumen, excelling at translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Track record includes influencing and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on transformation initiatives
  • Degree in Business, Media, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certifications in project management, process improvement, or relevant technical areas are advantageous
  • English and Portuguese fluent
  • Spanish and French desirable
  • Experience in strategy, transformation, or operations roles, preferably within media, technology, or data-driven environments
  • Proven experience in guiding cross-functional teams and delivering solutions for projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
  • Strong competence in process improvement, digital platforms, automation, and data orchestration
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, process mapping, and performance metrics
  • Experience with automation, digital platforms, and/or AI-driven solutions is desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience working in global or multi-market contexts is a plus
