We are seeking a highly strategic and analytically savvy professional to serve as a key member of Hemab’s International, Medical Affairs, Program leadership, Access, Commercialization Team (IMPACT) and drive the next stage of organizational and launch readiness. The Strategy & Insights Lead will operate with dual focus: (1) serve as the COO’s right hand — orchestrating cross-functional alignment, operating cadence, and strategic initiatives; and (2) build the data, analytics, and insights infrastructure that will underpin Hemab’s commercialization, medical, and access capabilities as we advance our clinical stage assets toward pre-launch stage and progress an exciting pre-clinical pipeline.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the IMPACT’s operating rhythm: define, track and refine goals and deliverables
ensure effective execution of governance structure
help develop executive and Board materials when needed

identification and prosecution of opportunities to innovate and drive value
Drive strategic initiatives and projects (e.g., launch readiness frameworks, resource allocation models, org design, process optimization, global expansion initiatives)
Serve as a liaison and integrator across functions throughout the company — ensuring alignment, removing bottlenecks and enabling execution
Manage preparation of materials for leadership and Board review when needed
synthesize insights for action and value creation
create appropriate dashboards and track progress to ensure discipline
highlight risks and opportunities
Design and build the company’s go-to-market analytical backbone: dashboards (operational & financial), market-insight frameworks (patient funnel, epidemiology, competitive landscape), resource tracking and forecasting tools
Develop and maintain market landscape models for target indications (e.g., Glanzmann Thrombasthenia, VWD), including patient segmentation, uptake scenarios, competitor modelling, and launch forecasting
Partner with other capability areas within IMPACT to support CRM / field-insight systems, commercialization vendor data management (IQVIA, Evaluate, etc.), and data architecture to support MSLs, KOL engagement, and launch readiness
Act as primary owner of business analytics, relevant vendor relationships, data architecture and reporting governance
ensure insights are actionable, timely and integrated into decision-making
Support budget/Opex and resource planning for go-to-market initiatives, providing transparency and tracking of launch-preparation spend and internal metrics
Build strong partnerships with Asset Leads, medical affairs teams, market access, finance teams, and other functional leads to ensure insights-driven decisions
Communicate complex data/strategic issues clearly to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and promoting a data-driven culture
Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement, operational discipline and analytics-based performance across the organization
Requirements:
Relevant advanced degrees and training
~10 years of experience, ideally combining top-tier management consulting, finance (or equivalent strategic operations) with significant biotech/biopharma or life-sciences industry roles
Demonstrated ability to execute across cross-functional teams without heavy hierarchy
Track record of effective stakeholder engagement (internal MT, external partners, BoD, or investors)
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational alignment in a complex organization
Experience in building models, dashboards, market insights, scenario planning, ideally with commercial or rare-disease exposure
Fluency and comfort with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, CRM systems) and ideally vendor data platforms in life sciences
Excellent communicator with ability to synthesize high-level strategic ideas and translate them into actionable operational plans
experience preparing leadership/board materials
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean biotech environment with ambiguity, changing priorities and high stakes
proactive, flexible and results-oriented mindset
Embraces and lives Hemab’s core company values and facilitates operating principles to further evolve and strengthen a strong and sustainable work culture

Financial fluency is a plus
