Job Description:

MJHS is in search of a Strategy & Innovation Analyst who will support the Strategy and Innovation team with research, analytics, and execution of strategic, innovation, and grant submissions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Strategy and Innovation team with research, analytics, and execution of strategic, innovation, and grant submissions
  • Conduct data analysis as needed, using analytical and technical skills to analyze data and draw insights to support management’s evaluation of strategic and innovation related decisions
  • Support grant writing and document collection process for successful grant submission
  • Support market research to identify new technologies and solutions that would advance MJHS’ goals and mission
  • Develop power point presentations, excel documents or work write-ups to deliver concise and effective presentations that provide detail and promote issue identification and resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in healthcare, non-for-profit sector, or relevant skill set
  • 2-5 years’ experience
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • Proficiency in computer application skills (Excel, Word, Visio, and PP)
