Manage senior client interactions and build and maintain strong client relationships
Supervise complex projects and develop pragmatic strategies, design actionable insights, drive change-management initiatives, and develop and execute value-accretive business cases

Requirements
Proven expertise in the Energy & Utilities sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
8–11 years of consulting experience, potentially combined with relevant industry experience, with at least 3+ years at project-lead level, managing both client engagements and project teams
Relevant exposure to strategy, business transformation, operational improvement, change management, and business-case development within the Energy & Utilities sector
Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to bring together stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on the advice provided
Proven ability to manage client engagements and relationships, guide teams, and take ownership of the quality of the engagement and its delivery
Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking, supported by a strong academic background
Demonstrated ability to develop innovative business models, analytical frameworks, and long-term strategies that drive sustainable business value
A genuine interest in contributing to Metyis’ business-development agenda through strong interpersonal and commercial skills
