Job Responsibility

  • Lead workstreams within Strategy & Execution engagements for Food & Beverage clients, acting as the day-to-day point of reference for the client and coordinating junior team members, while reporting directly to Managers, Directors and Partners
  • Design and drive Go-to-Market strategies and Revenue Growth Management initiatives (pricing, promo effectiveness, trade terms, mix and channel strategy) tailored to the FMCG and Food & Beverage industry
  • Structure and lead complex analytical work, translating commercial and category data into fact-based recommendations that support C-level decision making
  • Own the relationship with mid-to-senior client stakeholders (Commercial, Trade Marketing, Revenue Management and Sales leadership), leading workshops, steering committees and executive presentations
  • Support business development activities, contributing to proposals and client pitches by bringing sector expertise and credibility on Go-to-Market and Revenue Growth Management topics
  • Mentor and coach Consultants and Associates, ensuring quality delivery and contributing to their professional development

Requirements

  • B.A. or M.Sc. degrees in Economics, Business, Engineering or other related studies at top Schools and Universities, with an outstanding record of (academic) achievement
  • 3-5 years of experience in Strategy & Execution consulting and/or in-house roles (Commercial, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing or Sales) within the Food & Beverage or broader FMCG sector is a must
  • Proven track record leading Go-to-Market strategy and/or Revenue Growth Management projects (pricing, promotions, trade terms, mix, channel strategy) in a client-facing or leadership capacity
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and project teams, with excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Fluent English and Spanish, both verbal and written
