  • You will interact with C-level at our clients on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change under the supervision of the Project Managers and Directors

  • You will play a particular role in the data driven analyses as our clients require more and more that analytical base in business related projects
  • You will lead the preparation of meetings, workshops and presentation to clients to share progress

Requirements

  • B.A. or M.Sc. degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields from top-tier institutions, with a proven track record of academic excellence
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic or business consulting, and a background in the energy industry are a must
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with talented professionals

  • Conduct preliminary discussions with potential counterparties and partners to validate project details and fit with Crusoe criteria and objectives
  • Drive vetting of early stage projects to identify key risks and mitigation pathways to create a recommendation to advance / kill projects
  • Support Commercial Leads in driving deal analyses, structuring, and negotiation
