Job Responsibility

  • Engage stakeholders across the Saudi fashion ecosystem (brands, manufacturers, agencies, institutions) to collect structured business and market data
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops, synthesising qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable recommendations
  • Validate, clean, and analyse collected data to ensure quality and reliability, supporting decision-making at project and strategic levels
  • Develop standardised templates, dashboards, and reporting formats to streamline data intake and integration across entities
  • Prepare presentations, briefs, and progress reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Contribute to wider Metyis Arabia consulting projects, supporting problem-solving, client delivery, and strategy execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, market research, or data analysis, ideally within Saudi Arabia or the GCC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate raw data into business insights
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools
  • exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required
