A global consumer experiences organisation with a diverse international portfolio is investing in strategic growth, analytics and innovation to drive its next phase of expansion. They are now hiring a Strategy Director to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across a complex, multi-brand environment. This role sits at the centre of executive decision-making and enterprise strategy. The Strategy Director will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges and translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes across multiple markets and brands. You will operate as a strategic partner to the Executive and CEO office, combining analytical rigour with clear communication and practical implementation to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively across the organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Enterprise Strategy Development – Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned to long-term growth objectives. Identify opportunities across pricing, channels, customer proposition, brand and portfolio strategy, building structured frameworks and actionable execution roadmaps
Executive Partnership – Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive team. Support enterprise planning cycles and ensure leadership focus remains aligned to key strategic priorities through effective planning, coordination and delivery of executive materials
Data-Led Insight and Decision Making – Champion data-driven strategy across the organisation. Translate complex data into clear commercial insight, supporting senior stakeholders to make informed decisions across growth, marketing and operations
Strategic Projects and Transformation – Lead high-impact strategic programmes from concept through to implementation. Build robust business cases, financial models and execution plans to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with commercial, finance, digital and operational teams to deliver strategic initiatives. Provide thought leadership and structured problem-solving to improve performance and unlock growth opportunities
Communication and Influence – Deliver high-impact presentations and written strategy materials for executive and board-level audiences. Provide clear, concise and actionable recommendations that drive decision-making and execution
Requirements:
3–4 years’ experience within a top-tier strategy consultancy or 5–6 years within a corporate strategy function in a large, complex organisation
Proven experience leading strategic initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong analytical and financial modelling capability, with advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Ability to structure complex problems and translate analysis into clear commercial recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively at executive level
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field preferred
