DEPT® is looking for an experienced holistic strategist who can advise clients across the full spectrum of creative, media, technology, and business consulting. This position is a crucial step in our journey to delivering truly connected, strategic solutions for our clients, allowing us to tackle complex business challenges rather than merely responding to briefs. In this role you have the ability to analyse and deeply understand business challenges. Based on this, you can create actionable briefings to collaborate with a cross functional team and lead them effectively. In this role, we don’t expect you to have deep expertise in all specific areas. Instead, you act as a central connector between our strategists and senior domain experts. You know exactly what you need, from whom, and when, and you excel at bringing together people, ideas, and solutions - transforming them into a clear narrative and actionable plan. Throughout this process, the client’s business challenge remains at the core.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience at a digital agency in multiple strategy roles (e.g. experience strategy, brand strategy, communication strategy, media strategy)
  • Deep expertise in business strategy, consulting, and digital transformation
  • Use to work in an international environment, including international accounts
  • Strong track record of engaging with C-suite stakeholders (CMOs, CTOs) to influence business outcomes
  • Experience working across complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to bridge the gap between creative, media, technology, and business consulting
  • Experience with leading €XM+ accounts from a strategy perspective
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on growth enablement and strategic business development
