Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development, a deep understanding of digital and technology consulting, and expertise in guiding transformations. As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' future success by providing strategic guidance and overseeing the execution of consulting projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital transformation objectives
  • Translate complex, cross-functional transformation themes into crisp, audience-specific storylines—developing visually engaging presentations that connect the dots for everyone from the C-suite to frontline teams
  • Build end-to-end transformation roadmaps that set out workstreams, critical milestones, dependencies, and success metrics, and then ensure they are operationalized
  • Help organise and run client workshops and interviews to gather insights
  • Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and formulate data-driven digital strategies for clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement
  • Collaborate with the team to contribute to company objectives and growth through internal initiatives

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a consulting role, preferably at a recognized management consultancy, with a focus on strategy and digital transformation projects
  • Able to design clear and concise communication material to support leadership teams’ decision-making
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings
  • Proficient in data analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and have the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with project management, including project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Client-centric approach with a keen sense of client relationship management
  • Excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and quickly adapt to changing requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address complex business challenges
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum)
  • Willing to travel as needed
