Job Description:

Join as a senior associate on our Strategy & Business Operations team. Our team plays an integral role in setting up Culture Amp’s long-term strategy and delivering strategic projects in partnership with the business that accelerates Culture Amp’s growth. Some of the highlights include: Delivering our long-term company strategy; Designing and facilitating Exec strategy workshops and senior leadership strategy offsites; Creating and implementing a global company quarterly business review; Driving end-to-end deal execution and integration of our People Analytics product; Conducting regional market analysis to inform our go-to-market strategy; Delivering macroeconomic and HR market insights to inform leadership decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct internal and external research to deliver insights to sharpen our strategy
  • Partner with the Strategy Leads to refine and communicate our strategic viewpoint and company narrative to different audiences
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver high impact and multi-faceted projects in close partnership with product and GTM teams
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Exec and senior leaders across the business
  • Oversee and optimize the company’s operating rhythm

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy at a consulting firm or within an internal strategy or corporate development function
  • Mindset of a future COO, with a penchant for designing pragmatic and right-sized strategy processes
  • Ability to build high-quality artefacts and templates to support strategic prioritisation and planning
  • Ability to make clear, structured communications with Exec and leaders to create a case for change
  • Ability to analyse data to draw executive-level insights and formulate and own decisions under uncertainty
  • Intellectual curiosity about business and preferably an interest in studying how hyper-growth SaaS or growth-stage companies operate at scale
