Job Description

As our next Strategy & Business Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the company’s most critical decisions, partnering directly with our Senior Director of Strategic Planning, and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to architect the future of our business.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive operating rigor across the organization by aligning cross-functional priorities and ensuring clarity on milestones and KPIs tied to our long-term financial goals
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing structured communication and data-driven insights
  • Define and set targets against operating KPIs, tracking performance, and communicating drivers behind week-to-week variations
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape to help define where we play and how we compete
  • Identify and size new growth opportunities during the planning process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve high-impact, ambiguous problems
  • Prepare high-stakes materials for the Board of Directors and investors

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy & operations, strategic finance, sales operations, or a highly analytical role within a high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to lead complex workstreams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Deep industry expertise in Tech, specifically within the SaaS or AI sectors, and a strong understanding of the unique dynamics and KPIs of these markets
  • Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Tableau (or similar analytical tools) to extract and manipulate data independently
  • Exceptional analytical prowess and a scrappy mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to bridge different perspectives and drive consensus among diverse groups
