Job Description:

This strategic role focuses on driving transformational initiatives and tangible improvements within Technology and Business Enablement (T&BE). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces innovative problem-solving, excels at collaborating with diverse teams, and possesses a strong understanding of financial services business models, technology, and operations. This leader will shape our future landscape by identifying opportunities, leading strategic initiatives, and driving improvements across the organization. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are essential for negotiating internally and externally, influencing stakeholders, and achieving alignment on strategic initiatives. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's strategic direction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and implementation of complex, global programs to enhance and simplify processes, aligning with overall corporate strategy and objectives
  • provide full oversight of end-to-end program execution, from problem identification and requirements gathering to solution implementation, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring alignment with timeline expectations
  • develop, implement, and maintain standardized review, tracking, and reporting mechanisms for global programs, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across global programs, coordinating mitigation efforts and escalating critical issues as needed
  • conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess new opportunities, potential solutions, and strategic direction, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
  • continuously monitor emerging industry trends, technological advancements, and potential disruptors to inform strategic planning and maintain a competitive edge
  • provide insightful ad-hoc analysis and tactical support for business and management meetings, including preparing compelling executive-level presentations
  • document findings from analyses and develop actionable recommendations for implementing new systems, optimizing procedures, and driving organizational change, presenting proposals with clear cost-benefit analyses and implementation plans.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Financial Services, with a focus on Program/Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma process improvement, change management, or related areas
  • demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, large-scale projects with significant business impact
  • prior consulting experience with a top-tier firm is highly valued
  • deep understanding of financial services businesses, operating models, and regulatory landscape
  • proven strategic thinking, exceptional analytical skills, and strong financial acumen
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • demonstrated ability to navigate a complex matrix organization, influence without authority, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
  • strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build consensus and drive collaboration across diverse teams
  • highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and forward-thinking problem solver with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
