This is a high-impact individual contributor role within the People team, focused on being problem chasers and supporting the organization through strategic thinking and problem solving. The role involves partnering with leaders, conducting audits, owning initiatives, and solving problems to improve how teams and the company operate.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with leaders and managers across the company on key personnel decisions and challenges
  • Conduct quarterly departmental “audits” and partner with leaders to create strategic changes
  • Own and execute initiatives with team-wide or organizational-wide impact, such as system implementations or rebuilding core processes
