Job Description:

We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead to join our dynamic team on a long-term contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will drive key projects from inception to completion, delivering strategic solutions and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping operational excellence, influencing cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic planning efforts. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the content and creator ecosystem, leveraging your analytical skills to make a meaningful impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead comprehensive projects by identifying key challenges, developing strategic plans, gathering and analyzing data, and presenting actionable recommendations
  • Establish and maintain operational excellence by setting clear objectives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring project follow-through
  • Enhance visibility into progress across organizational reviews and support initiatives such as account planning and segmentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, finance, analytics, and program management, to align priorities and achieve results
  • Contribute to strategy and planning efforts by shaping the Strategy & Operations roadmap and supporting annual and broader strategic plans
  • Independently manage projects from start to finish while coordinating with diverse teams to ensure successful execution
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and provide structured solutions to complex business challenges
  • Drive change management processes and oversee planning efforts to ensure strategic goals are met
  • Facilitate communication and build strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively influence decisions and outcomes
  • Apply data querying and analysis skills, including SQL, to support operational objectives and deliver impactful insights

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy and operations within analytical, fast-paced environments such as management consulting, investment banking, or the tech/media industry
  • Proven expertise in business operations and strategy, with a focus on the content and creator ecosystem
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end projects and collaborate across functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing and presenting to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL
  • familiarity with Salesforce is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while delivering high-quality results with minimal oversight
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a detail-oriented role
