Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Strategy and Growth Intern to join our team. This role involves supporting various business functions under the guidance of the Founder's office. You will work closely with the co-founders and senior management on go-to-market strategies, product development, customer engagement, and more.

Job Responsibility

  • Product Strategy & Development: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with product teams to implement improvements and new features
  • Market Growth & Sales Enablement: Support marketing strategies and lead generation efforts
  • Develop collateral and assist sales and customer success teams with research and diligence reports for client engagements
  • Client Solutions & Enterprise Engagement: Prepare tailored proposals, and develop customized solutions for enterprise clients
  • Ensure high-quality outputs and provide feedback for improvements
  • Customer Success: Support client onboarding, platform training, building client relationships and preventing churn, managing customer success ops and tech, conducting quality checks on client deliverables
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Facilitate communication between sales, customer success, tech, and other teams
  • Relay client feedback and assist in refining product and operational processes
  • Business Operations & Reporting: Assist in reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics
  • Support investor relations, process automation, and other operational tasks

Requirements

  • 0-2 year of experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of business research, analysis, and problem-solving
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data is a plus
  • Hands-on and execution-oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Prior experience as a business analyst or consultant with Big 4 firms, capability centers, knowledge centers, research COEs, top consulting firms, or market research firms is preferred
