Job Description

You will interact with C-level at our clients on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change under the supervision of the Project Managers and Directors. You will contribute to creating new business solutions via data driven insights, client interviews, market research, analytical models, etc. You will seize opportunities at the client and at Metyis in our entrepreneurial environment, shaping and landing them to become real. You will become part of a fast growing international and diverse team in a fast-paced growth firm.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing client interactions and playing a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Leveraging expertise in business and organizational principles to generate actionable insights and oversee key initiatives, including strategy development, change management plans, and business case creation
  • Providing project management oversight to ensure client expectations are met, with responsibilities that may include developing presentations, managing external relationships, tracking consultant progress, and delivering status reports
  • Conducting in-depth analyses to define client needs and supervising research activities to gather relevant data
  • Overseeing the formulation of research hypotheses and leading advanced data analyses of client, competitor, and industry trends to drive impactful business decisions

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in the Energy & Utilities Sector, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Over 6 years of consulting experience, with relevant exposure to strategy, business transformation, and operational improvements within the sector
  • At least 1 year of experience in a project lead role, managing teams and delivering high-impact solutions
  • Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and influence senior clients to take strategic action
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, manage client relationships, and provide strategic guidance to teams while ensuring the highest quality of delivery
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, supported by a strong academic background
  • Ability to design innovative business models, analytical frameworks, and long-term strategies that drive business value
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required
