  • You will structure and lead complex strategic and execution projects (network & logistics redesign, S&OP, inventory & allocation, wholesale channel strategy, cost-to-serve, operating model design), translating operational and commercial data into fact-based recommendations that support C-level decision making
  • You will own the relationship with senior client stakeholders (Supply Chain, Logistics, Wholesale, Merchandising, Operations, Commercial and General Management leadership), leading workshops, steering committees and executive presentations
  • You will support business development activities, contributing to proposals and client pitches by bringing sector expertise and credibility on Fashion value chain, Retail and Wholesale transformation topics
  • You will mentor and coach Consultants and Associates, ensuring quality delivery and contributing to their professional development

Requirements

  • B.A. or M.Sc. degrees in Economics, Business, (Industrial/Textile) Engineering or other related studies at top Schools and Universities, with an outstanding record of academic achievement
  • 3-5 years of contrasted experience in Strategy & Execution consulting and/or in-house roles within the Fashion industry, with hands-on exposure to Retail, Wholesale, value chain optimization and Logistics/Supply Chain is a must
  • Proven track record leading value chain optimization, logistics/supply chain, Wholesale channel or Retail operations projects in Fashion, in a client-facing or leadership capacity, spanning both strategic design and hands-on execution
  • Deep understanding of the Fashion business and its end-to-end value chain (sourcing, product development, merchandising, logistics/distribution, Retail and Wholesale operations), with the ability to connect strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and project teams, with excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Fluent English and Spanish, both verbal and written
