As our Strategy and Business Operations Senior Associate, you will help develop and drive mission-critical cross-functional projects across Blank Street. You are an analytical individual who enjoys creating structure and tackles problem solving creatively. You love first principles/data-driven strategic work, but also excel at working collaboratively with teams to implement new initiatives and processes that enhance our business.

Job Responsibility

  • Own 360 business reporting: set up dashboards and generate insight that empower better decision making throughout all functions
  • Contribute to strategic decisions and planning: set targets, prioritize initiatives, and create actionable roadmaps
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunity areas, design creative solutions and project manage them to execution
  • Improve ways of working: develop strategic frameworks, systems, and processes to streamline decision-making and collaboration

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or strategy/operations at a fast-growing company
  • Analytics wizard - exceptional ability to conduct complex data analysis and draw deep insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • First Principles Thinker - natural capacity to understand and breakdown complex problems beyond the ‘by the book’ approach
  • “Get things done” mindset - ready to roll up your sleeves to deliver output
  • Strong appreciation for consumer products, F&B, hospitality
