Job Description:

Join us to shape the future of work: your next adventure awaits! At Job&Talent, we’re reimagining how technology and intelligent systems can transform the world of work. As part of our Group Strategy team, you’ll sit at the heart of this transformation, working directly with our CEO, CFO, and senior leadership to define where we go next. We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and impact-driven Strategy / Corporate Development Analyst to help shape our long-term strategy, steer high-stakes decisions, and support the company through its next phase of global growth. This role is a unique opportunity to join a hyper-scaling tech company and contribute to initiatives that influence the entire organisation—from fundraising to market expansion to strategic planning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Strategy team to design and refine Job&Talent’s long-term vision, corporate strategy, and key growth priorities across global markets
  • Build high-impact fundraising materials for potential investors, covering performance, unit economics, market insights, technology roadmap, and strategic opportunities
  • Co-manage the fundraising process end-to-end, ensuring a data-driven narrative and supporting senior leadership in investor discussions
  • Translate complex financial and operational datasets into actionable insights, identifying strategic opportunities and supporting decision-making at the highest level
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages for C-Levels and the Board of Directors, assessing business performance and strategic project progress
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on markets, competitors, and internal performance to uncover growth opportunities and evaluate potential M&A or business development initiatives
  • Build financial and strategic models and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL or similar tools) to track KPIs, assess project impact, and monitor company performance
  • Co-lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Operations, Finance, Tech, and Commercial teams, helping scale high-impact projects across markets
  • Present clear, concise recommendations to senior leadership, directly influencing how Job&Talent grows and allocates resources globally

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology, or another quantitative field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment (Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A, Restructuring, Audit or similar)
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with a structured approach to breaking down complex problems
  • Independence to drive your own workstreams while collaborating within a broader team effort
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with full professional fluency in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
  • Collaborative and curious mindset, comfortable working with people at all levels of the organisation
