Job Description

This exciting new role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Elior's food strategy commercial objectives and unlocking greater profitability across the business. Through commercial analysis and a data-driven approach, they will help drive profitable sales growth and improve customer experience, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and plans, as well as regularly reporting on the performance of Elior's strategic goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Be accountable for delivery of commercial elements of menu development framework
  • Support with delivery and continuous commercial improvement of Elior's menus across business
  • Analyse commercial initiatives and recommend data-driven recommendations and improvements
  • Present performance insights & strategy to senior teams and wider functions
  • Ensure effective communication and information-sharing between key stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with Culinary Development, Business development Operations, Finance and IT teams

Requirements

  • Strong planning and stakeholder management skills
  • High proficiency in Excel/pivot tables with ability to analyze, summarize and manipulate large volumes of data
  • High attention to detail with ability to organize concepts and data into top-line information suitable for senior stakeholders
  • Experience of managing an information database and reporting processes
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a creative problem-solving mindset
  • Experience assimilating qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of sources and across functions
  • Experience implementing projects cross-functionally based on insight to improve customer experience

Nice to have

  • Experience using Excel VBA
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience of managing/analysing an IT system / platform
  • Degree level education
  • Experience of working in FMCG/Hospitality/Retail
