Job Description:

Role Objective To act as the strategic right hand to the MD & CEO — enabling him to focus on growth, transformation, and decision-making. The TA will drive technology adoption, ensure sharp financial analysis, and provide seamless support in communication, planning, and execution of CEO priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Orchestrate the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and reviews — ensuring proactive planning and follow-through
  • Prepare and refine board presentations, investor decks, and corporate communications
  • Conduct strategic and financial analysis, build business cases, and track performance dashboards
  • Drive adoption of digital tools, industry software, and data-driven decision frameworks across the business
  • Coordinate high-impact cross-functional projects and prepare executive briefs for the CEO
  • Ensure all meetings are well-prepared with pre-reads, agendas, and outcome tracking
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive communications on behalf of the CEO

Requirements:

  • Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech) with MBA from a reputed institute
  • 10 years of experience in the infrastructure industry, with 5+ years in a similar TA/Chief of Staff/Strategy role
  • Strong exposure to project planning, corporate finance, and business operations
  • Tech-savvy: hands-on experience with industry software, digital platforms, and ERP systems
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and board documentation skills
  • Excellent financial and analytical acumen, data handling, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal maturity
  • able to work with senior stakeholders
  • Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
