Strategy Analyst III

• Develop and implement energy efficiency solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of residential customers
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to align on the planning, development, and execution of energy efficiency strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, attending meetings and supporting regulatory filings as needed
• Analyze key performance indicators and metrics, such as energy savings and program participation, to inform strategic decisions
• Research best practices and industry trends to design innovative and cost-effective energy efficiency solutions
• Negotiate program targets and funding levels with stakeholders, including regulators, local governments, and environmental organizations
• Enhance internal processes to improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency
• Provide leadership in aligning internal regulatory priorities with customer-focused objectives
• Track and report on program metrics to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement

• Strong knowledge of residential energy efficiency programs and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics and data to inform program strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in regulatory processes and stakeholder negotiations
• Proven ability to design and implement customer-focused solutions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
