The Strategist serves as a vital partner to our clients, ensuring that every piece of work that makes it into their hands aligns with their strategic goals. You’ll dig deep to understand each client’s business, challenges, and ambitions—then help shape bold, effective solutions that drive the right results. You’ll also play a key role in advising team members to ensure both client and agency success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead thoughtful, focused discovery sessions that uncover client goals, challenges, and opportunities
  • Develop strategic messaging and positioning recommendations
  • Conduct research, competitive audits, and interviews with stakeholders and customers to inform brand directions
  • Build brand and campaign strategies, then partner with creative teams to bring them to life
  • Partner with the Client Success team to help clients achieve their goals and maintain strong, ongoing relationships
  • Review creative work to ensure it meets high standards of quality, consistency, and strategic alignment
  • Champion the client’s voice internally
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and be seen as a reliable, go-to strategic advisor

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative strategy—whether at an agency or in-house
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • A quick learner
  • Curious and empathetic

  • Self-directed and dependable
  • Comfortable using tools like Figma, Asana, or similar to collaborate with others
