  • Program Execution: Assist in running structured partnership programs, including onboarding, events, and deal support
  • Events & Community: Represent Vanta at startup and VC events, demo days, and ecosystem gatherings across London and EMEA

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in startups, VC, accelerators, partnerships, business development, or early-stage sales

  • Interest in GTM and revenue impact, with an understanding of how partnerships support pipeline and growth
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Execution mindset — comfortable running programs, events, and follow-ups with guidance from a senior partner lead
  • Ability to work in-person in London as needed (3 days a week in office/hybrid role)
