Job Description

We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented interns to join our Procurement and Operations team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be the bridge between Vidushi Infotech’s operational needs and the external partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for scouting, vetting, and onboarding top-tier vendors across multiple business functions—from IT staffing to legal services.

Job Responsibility

  • Market Research & Identification: Find high-quality vendors for IT Human Resources, Corporate Services, Tech Partners, Marketing, Professional Services, and Logistics
  • Evaluation & Vetting: Conduct initial screenings to ensure vendors meet quality, pricing, and scalability standards
  • Process Management: Execute the established Vendor Onboarding Process, ensuring all documentation and due diligence are completed accurately
  • Compliance: Verify that all identified partners qualify under the company’s internal governance and ethical standards
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized tracker of all potential and 'ready-to-use' vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of procurement/vendor management processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
