Preparation/Discrepancy Reconciliation - Prepare consolidated invoicing from multiple vendors for review and approval of Director and Vice President and subsequent payment by AP department
Procurement of Goods and Services - Input order requests, Review approved order requests and provide purchase orders to vendors, Update procurement database (shipping addresses, alert IT of new users and of changes to reporting structure), Liaison with internal customers
