Job Description

Ericsson is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our sourcing organization. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business value by developing strong supplier and partner relationships while balancing customer, stakeholder, and business needs. You will lead sourcing activities across procurement categories, oversee supplier and commercial agreements, and contribute to building sustainable, efficient, and high-performing supply chains.

Job Responsibility

  • Source suppliers, services, solutions, and products for indirect procurement, site services for network roll-out, and telecom maintenance
  • Lead, prepare, and execute RFx and bidding processes to drive cost competitiveness
  • Evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers based on business requirements
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and finalize supplier agreements
  • Manage supplier contracts and supplier relationships (SRM), and drive supplier performance & continuous improvement
  • Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in alignment with global objectives
  • Ensure full compliance with internal controls, local regulations, and ethical standards
  • Strengthen stakeholder and supplier partnerships
  • collaborate with stakeholders on P2P and sourcing processes
